Tea cups aren't used as much these days but if you have some in your cupboard, here's what you can do with them. Make some individual puddings that everyone will love!
You will need:
50 grams of butter
1/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of self raising flour
1/2 cup of milk
about 4 to 6 tablespoons of jam
What you do:
Beat the butter and sugar together, then beat in the vanilla and egg. Stir in the self raising flour with the milk.
Place about 1 tablespoon of jam (or more depending on the size of your cups) in the base of 4 well greased cups.
Divide the batter among the cups.
Cook in the microwave on medium power for 5 - 7 minutes or until cooked.
Carefully tip each cup upside down to let the jam run over the pudding.
Serve with ice cream.
