Shoe size 9-12 = 5-8 years old. Heel to toe (unstretched) 16cms.
Shoe size 13-3 = 8-11 years old. Heel to toe (unstretched) 17cms.
Shoe size 4-6 = small adult. Heel to toe (unstretched) 21cms.
Foot width of all these sizes is 8-9 cms and allow for approximately 4cms stretch in the foot.
