Our garments are checked before they leave the manufacturer and then also before dispatch to you. However sometimes the odd fault on a garment may sneak past our eyes.
We take the best care and attention to detail. We hope you love our garments too!
If you discover a fault with a garment please notify us within 7 days of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please return it, in an unused state within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
We do not refund your original postage costs.
Please note: If goods are not returned within 30 days of purchase or after first contact with us (Cosy Toes) agreeing to the return we will not be able exchange your goods unless agreed upon by Cosy Toes. Special circumstances are considered at our discretion.
Hand knitted and delicate garments including baby shawls and blankets: Every care is taken on Cosy Toes behalf to fully prepare you for caring and washing one of these garments with extra care wash instructions included with the garment. Cosy Toes takes no responsibility for the customer not following these instructions and will not accept returns due to wash instructions not being followed.
Goods are returned to Cosy Toes at your expense, however if products are faulty, we credit the cost of the return postage.
Please make sure you put a written note in your parcel as a reminder to us what the fault is with your order number.

We cannot accept returns of goods that are in a damaged or worn state.
Damaged means stains, dirt, or in a general worn state. This is at the discretion of Cosy Toes and money will not be refunded. When returning products please send in a respectful manner in a folded and new state.
On sale items are non-refundable. But you may return them for an exchange of product.
