Yes, it's here: you can print out this form. - What currency does the site use?
All our prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. A currency converter is included on each product page for your convenience. - What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, or if you are in New Zealand, by bank deposit or cheque made out to Cosy Toes Limited. We also accept payments via PayPal.
To pay by Internet banking (NZ only) , select 'Bank Deposit' from the payment options. You will be given details of the account into which the money should be paid. Please note that our bank account details changed in February 2009. Please contact us for the new details.

Postage is $6 within New Zealand unless you have 7 or more items. Overseas are charged on a per item basis. A table of the various charges is displayed on the page where you give us your postal address - before payment is made. The figures below are in New Zealand dollars.

Yes - we use a secure server in conjunction with Westpac Bank. We do not see any of your credit card details. You can see whan the page or site you are on is secure by the small padlock symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. - What about back orders?
We will contact you if there is a delay to any part of your order. Please check your emails as we may be trying to contact you after ordering. You can also tell us your alternative colour choice at the online check out in the special instructions section when making your order. - What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in unopened condition for a complete refund, or an exchange if requested. Please include postage payment for the goods to be returned to you. -
