If you are not completely satisfied with your order please return it, in an unused state within 14  days for a full refund or exchange.

Goods are returned to Cosy Toes at your expense, however if products are faulty, we credit the cost of the return postage.
Please make sure you put a written note in your parcel as a reminder to us what the fault is.
