When will my order be dispatched?

We know you are generally feeling the cold when ordering from Cosy Toes! That's why we aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be dispatched approximately 1 day after ordering. Sometimes we manage to dispatch your order on the same day of your ordering.

Currency

Any prices on the Cosy Toes website are stated in New Zealand dollars. A currency convertor is available for your convenience. This is for you to use as a guide only and may not be 100% correct. 

Payment

For international and national orders, we accept Visa or Mastercard using a secure third party payment gateway. We do not see your credit card details.

New Zealand orders may also pay by bank deposit, cheque, C.R.T.

*Please note: we do not accept international orders paying by international bank deposit unless using a New Zealand bank account*
